The need for unionization was in response to poor working conditions and unfair labor practices. The need for employees to unite as one to go up against their employers to push for better treatment was a start to unions. Legislation was enacted to deal with unions and the uprising of employees to their obsessive employers. I think an increase in union membership is due to favorable union legislation. Yet, on the other hand, a decrease in union membership happens when favorable employer legislation is enacted. When there are laws in place to protect the employees’ rights to be in a union there tends to be an increase in union membership as labor unions can try to recruit new members based on those protections. When there are more pro-business laws in place, there is a trend of lower union membership as employees see joining a union as a threat to their jobs. I think labor law is important to protect employee’s rights and therefore is more needed when there are pro-business laws in place. This would mean that laws are in place to protect the employer’s interests more than they are in place to protect the employee’s interests, as the employees would have fewer resources to protect themselves if not for labor law. I think when there are pro-labor or union laws there is more membership. Yet, today there seems to be more pro-business laws and therefore, less union membership in the private sector. However, there is more public union membership today. The pro-business laws have allowed businesses to spend money on sending out messages that unions are bad and that they do not work. That the laws of the land are better and employees do not need to protection of unions.

Explain how causality can work in both directions. In which direction is labor law more important?
a)Explain all possible basic strategies needed to work Kirchhoff's voltage and current law questions of circuits. Not necessarily just defining the concepts but throwing more light on how the loop and current directions affect the values(either positive or negative). Also give basic strategies to solve parallel and series connection or both. Also talk about tricks to find voltage drop across resistors.Kindly explain it to the basic level.Basically how to determine a Kichhoff's Voltage and current equation using direction of current and loop.Thank...

Explain how Say’s Law can or can not be, an extension of Adam Smith’s insight that the division of labor is limited by the extent of the market, given that specialization can depend upon how much demand there is for a specialized good/service.
