The psychological theories are split into eight different perspectives which are as follows
Biological, Behavioral, Cognitive, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Sociocultural, Eolutionary, and BiopsychosociaL.
1.Biological theory of psychology:In this the psychologiist study how genes affect behaviour.
2. Behaviour:It states that human and other animals can be studied through behaviour and actions.
3.Cognitive: It states that mediational process occur through stimulus and repsonse.
4. Humistic psychology theories stresses on whole individual and talks about self efficacy and free will.
5.psychodynamic; Explains personality in terms of consciousness.
6.Sociocultural: Society contributes in the development of the individual.
7. Evolutionary:EXaplins mental amd psychological traits.
8.Biophysical:: Exaplains the development of the body how it grows.
