Answer #1

According to researchers, there are chances of acquiring diseases genetically. Today there are ways in which we can identify if we carry the genes of these disease or not. Heart diseases, obesity, cancer, diabetes are some examples of such diseases. Even though all these factors are present, there is chances of preventing them through healthy eating and positive lifestyle choices. For example if we do have a habit of smoking, this will trigger the non-cancer cells to turn carcinogenic and increase the chance of cancer. A balanced diet and habit of exercising daily are important factors to stay healthy and also minimize the chance of acquiring the disease.
