Be able to be specific! Be able to discuss obesity—factors that contribute to it, how it is affecting the U.S., risks associated with obesity and body fat Pros/cons of taking supplements.

Answer: Food safety measures that can reduce the risk of food girne illness involves:

  • Washing foods in running water.
  • Cooking food properly
  • Keep raw foods seperate.

Nutrition plays major role in the prevention of many disease. Adopting healthy lifestyle can reduce the risk of disease. Healthy eating such as intake of fibre, protein rich foods, vitamins etc can elevate the health conditions. In the case if diabetes one should avoid sugar, starch Or carbohydrate consumption. The risk of chronic disease can be reduce such as avoid consumption of alcohol, avoiding smoking etc. Can reduce the heth risk. Obesity is one of the major factor which contributes to the chronic disease. The intake of caffeinated beverages, fast foods, unhealthy oily foods etc. increases the risk of obesity. One should avoid these things and indulge exercise which will maintain healthy weight of the body.

The supplement intake such as protein, vitamins etc provides the nourishment to the body which we can not obtained from our food. But the disadvantage is that the body will becomes dependent on the supplements.
