Meaning of some immunological terms :-

Hematopoietic : The specific stem cells or tissues that derive almost blood cells type.

Humoral response : The humoral response ia mediated by some molecules that present in extracellular fluids such as antibodies, complement proteins etc.

Hypersensitivity : Hypersensitivity is the unfavourable immune response that exaggerated against some specific antigenic substances (allergens), which leads to inflammatory reactions.

Immunodeficiency : Immunodeficiency is an abnormal functioning of the body's immune system that results in several pathogenic infections to the body. Example : AIDS is a syndrome that caused due to severe immune deficiency.
