Yes, they do. Like Ig molecules, TCR molecules are involved in recognition of antigens and like Ig molecules, TCR molecules also need to have lot of diversity to recognize the diverse types of antigens. Hence, a similar structural architecture whereby the variable parts of the chain can be used in different combinations.
