According to the given question-

Protein are made up of building block unit of amino acid. Protein provide structural strengthen to cell membrane, act as sensors, control gene function etc. Tertiary structure of protein are responsible for functional activity. Protein are unbranded chains of amino acid monomers. Difference in protein us due to their side chains.

Amino acid are classified as hydrophobic and hydrophilic Amino acid. The polarity of side chain is responsible for the three dimensional structure of protein.

Hydrophilic amino acid have polar side chains or ionized side chain and they are generally present at the surface of water soluble proteins and also serve as binding site for charge molecule.

Hydrophobic amino acid generally have aliphatic side chains and are insoluble due to which they pack in the interior of the protein.

Considering about the question tertiary structure of protein having both polar and nonpolar amino acid and placed in nonpolar hydrophobic environment then the nonpolar amino acid remain in the interior of the tertiary structure while polar amino acid present at the surface of the tertiary structure.
