Ans: Qualitative data collects information that seeks to describe a topic more than measure it. Think of impressions, opinions and views. This brings the depth of understanding and also makes the results more tough to analyse in real life. The question in professional terms could be that what your superior needs to do to improve his/her performance.

                    This is a complete qualitative question as it will gather detailed information on the topic, this can be used to initiate a research in terms of increasing the efficiency of the performance of the superior. We can get a lot of information and we will various types of ideas to improve the skill. It can be very useful to improve performance of superiors in management. It can rated as 9 scale as in terms of improvement of superiors skills.

It provides support for your research when you need to draw conclusions. Quantitative question can be that how long have you been working in the company or since how long you have been a client of the company.

                       This will be very usual to need to know the status of the company and to know that whether they are able to keep their clients intact and happy. A company with long client relationships will always be better and will show that the company is good enough to fulfill the clients demands.
