ANS- Yes, direct marketing channels are possible for some products and not for other products. It happens mostly when someone is into manufacturing of big products like Trucks and Cars. Sales are not possible through direct marketing because it is not possible for customers to go directly over the manufacturing unit to buy those products and moreover it is not suitable too because there are many large equipment which are constantly running are people might get hurt if they do not take any precautions. Therefore the role of middlemen comes in such type of cases.
The value of middlemen can be seen from the fact that they provide the products to the direct consumers and consumers can get the product easily without any inconvenience and when middlemen is given the opportunity to sell the products there will be bulk sales which means sales volume will rise instantly and more profits can be generated quickly which in turn will help one to grow their business.
