ANSWER-

Reflecting on current practices are important to ensure goals are attained and aligned in the organization. There are various forms of communicating within an organization between stakeholders. Stakeholders play a vital role in developing an organization and maintaining it to reach goals. Occasionally stakeholders disagree with organizational practices; however, boundaries or guidelines should be designed to ensure negative influences don’t affect the organization. Stakeholders are actors in the environment that may influence organizational success or failure. When there are disagreements within an organization I think, effective ethical practices are vital to ensure protocols are being implemented. I believe ethics can help with word choice, decision making, and behavior. "Stakeholders are all those claimants inside and outside the firm who have a vested interest in the problem and its solution," and, " They are the concrete entities that affect and in turn are affected by a policy". Keeping the organizations goals and mission in mind should assist with redirecting disagreements in organizational practices.

More generally, research in organizational behavior has tended to ignore the theoretical and methodological significance of context in the examination of work attitudes and outcomes (Johns, 2006).
