Answer #1

I realise the importance of environment in our lives. Maintaining ecological balance is vital for our existence as well as our future generations. In this manner I realise that we all have to contribute towards maintaining environment balance and restoring the resources that have been depleted. Using the untapped resources of nature and utilizing the resources of nature wisely. What I could contribute from my professional side is that reducing paper consumption. I have shifted the documentation in processes from hard copies to soft. Thus, saving paper. Installed Project management software to issue bill of material, reserve the material in stock, issue the material to the production, scheduling of activities dispatch related formalities, etc. are all done using the software. Thus, the processes have become online. Saving paper as well as time &efforts of employees.

A manager has to be responsive to the changes in the business processes and match international standards to help build company's reputation and growth in efficiencies of employees. This also boosts employee morale.
