The large cell can produce more energy but the small cell can't. Large cell can store more quantity of food and water.

The small cell has high volume-surface area ratio. By using this extra surface are the small cell can take part in diffusion and osmosis in broader respect.

The tail portion of the lipid molecules should be in inner side and the head portion of the lipid molecules should be outside.

The particular arrangement of lipid molecules given here may be due to the electric shock or change in solvent nature (water to oil).

In water, lipid molecules will show the below arrangement -
