Article Title: Strategic Leadership: The strategy of saying No

Briefly state the main idea of this article: This article talks about how leaders can capitalize on the strategic interventions so as to learn the art of saying No, as need be.

List three important facts that the author uses to support the main idea:

1. Leaders have stated that they feel hesitant in saying No to a client or a third party vendor as they feel that it can impact the rapport which the company shares with the customers, suppliers and vendors

2. As per Steve Jobs, innovation happens only when one is able to say No or reject several ideas

3. A company can come up with great ideas of creativity and innovation, only when the good ideas are rejected by management and leadership

An effective strategy is one which is able to differentiate a good idea from a great one. Strategic management helps a leader to have a rationale about which ideas and concepts can be good for a company.
