-She is in her business during 10 years

-She normally works Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

-HHH has a hierarchy structure.Karen subordinates are a HR trainer(David),an accounting clerk and a technology expert.When needed,she uses a freelance in HR training and marketing.

-HHH offices are located in Old Montreal

-HHH clients are mainly small compagnies with no Human Resource Department seeking for training in Human Resources Management.

Your mandate:Karen has selected your HR Consultation team to start her strategy planning to increase efficiency and business revenus of HHH.

HHH offers a wide range of services in HR Management training.Currently all trainings are given by Karen or David at client premises.Karen wants to be more efficient and increase revenues by given the choice to clients to choice the training format (face to face training ,webinaires,or pre-recorded HR trainings).Karen is also open to other technologies

Predeparting on boarding opportunity is very critical for global success and hence candidates must b egiven training in global countries and should be given sufficient time to adapt to its culture and way of doing business and then should be expatriated. Ongoung training will incorporate learning through peers, transition counselling through past expatriates, reverse mentoring and case studies and collaborative approach like on job training with senior leaders. Here expatriates are offered regular support to understand working culture, management style and organisation structure and systems.

Karen must be given consistent support and security in war countries and be equipped with local support to prevent mishaps and an employment insurance contract to save his life and safeguard his family simultaneously.
