The most important in leadership is that leaders should have confidence in whatever work they do. Leaders have to influence, motivate, guide their subordinates in the organization, and for that, they should be highly confident for what they are doing. If the leaders are not motivated, then they will not be able to do their task correctly.
The leaders are those who tend to be accurate and should give an appropriate decision in the organisation.
If the leaders are not confident or not comfortable with themselves or aren't aware of their worth than it gives a terrible impact on the organisation, confidence leads to the success of the organisation, and it will help you to connect to more and more people around you. You will get to know more people.
Guiding the subordinates towards there work is also a part of leadership where leaders tell assistants to work in a way which will help the organisation to achieve it's goals effectively and with more efficiency.
Leaders are critical in the organisation but also equally important for society. They play an essential part of social welfare as they always listen to people problem and always try to give solutions to them very calmly. They inspire many people around them and inspiration leads to succession.
