Human resource has the function of recruitment, training, appraisal and therefore engagement of the employees, leading them to create the necessary structure which allows them the development of their human resource and their capabilities. A capable workforce is the one competitive advantage to a company which has the most implication. Depending on the other resources, capabilities and the core competency of the company, the human resource management allows the company the realization of their scope, mission, and therefore the vision a success.
