1) Human resource management is the management of people in an organization with the help of effective strategy so that the organization can gain the competitive advantage.

With the growth of the industry, the human resource management developed the industry's labour union. So, that employees' issues and other problems related to wages and workplace can be solved. So, ultimately the HRM has been formed during the 1980 to 1990's.

2) Strategic human resource management is the process of using the human resource techniques such as hiring, training, employee relations etc. more strategically so that the organization can achieve it's success more efficiently. It also aims to link the goals of HR department with the rest of the departments.

3) The purpose of society of human resource management is to increase the potential of human and empower them as well as to improve the HR potential in the workplace. It also aims to fulfill the professional needs of the HR peoples.
