Human resources of a company like CEO, senior managers etc set the goals which can be short term or long term then they use the data to analyze. then they formulate the strategy and implement that after it. manager of the company evaluate the implemented strategy if it is working accordingly or not.
the steps which human resource manager of the company takes to play role in strategic management is -
1. Goal Setting 2. Analysis: 3. Strategy Formulation: 4. Implementation: 5. Strategy Evaluation. these steps are not acted by themselves . they need people or human resource to complete this strategic management process.
for example- In a company, the workforce is working most of the manual work which cause delays, low efficiency and lower work productivity so senior authority set goals to improve the efficiency of workforce. to do that they formulate the strategy to transform the work digitally and make manual work into computerized work. employees are provided training to learn new change and after the implementation of this, workers can do work easily and increase their work efficiency.
