Human resources department in every organization today is more of being strategic than traditional. Traditional human resources department works only towards the welfare of the employees whereas strategic being works and comsiders many other aspects such as

1. Strategic HR not only looks into and solves all the problems of the employees but also tries to find a permanent solution foe all those issues .

2. It takes a visionary look into the future of the organization in all aspects.

3.Strategic HR involve themselves in various process like recruiring employees and training them in various aspects.

4. Employees are being trained in the company formalities and principles.

5. Employees are given a pre prepared handbook that clearly explains what the employees are supposed to do and follow within the organization.

6. Strategic HR trains the employees in such a way that full skill of the employee is given to the betterment of the company.

7.Strategic HR is more advanced in thinking and planning and they think and plan in advance
