Strategic staffing is a process in which various important decisions have to be taken regarding filling the various job positions of the organization so that there can be efficient working in the organization.For taking staffing decision,very good decisions have to be taken because wrong decisions can create huge losses for the organization.Staffing decisions should be taken in such a manner so that the employee should be given job according to his skills and capabilities.This will help the organization in getting more better results.Also this helps in raising the confidence level of the organization.If any wrong person will be appointed for a job then this can lead to many problems therefore giving the right job to the right person is very crucial decision and therefore management of the organization should be very careful about it.Thus strategic staffing includes all such strategies which help in successful implementation of various decisions.
