Amazon is very loyal to the customers and prioritize their goals based on customers demand. Amazon business is such initiatives where they deal B-B marketing.

Target audience and market: Amazon business is solely for the business customers whether it be small or big firms or companies. Service companies, government sector, healthcare, educational institutions and all other major and minor domains are their target audience and market. They are continuously expanding their reach and on-boarding business to their platform.

Consumer buying behavior: Unlike individual customers Amazon business deals with businesses who order's product in bulk and are very specific in what they need. It is totally a new dimension from that of the customer based market. Business customer would like to be specific on their products such as , TCS would like to by computers with particular specifications not less or more.

Business market and buying behavior: Business market for Amazon in B-B service is huge and is expanding day by day. Government and health care sector are very crucial and critical too. These are governed systematically and differently from B-C market. Buying behavior is different as the business would ask for products at any date in bulk and Amazon should have the inventory stocked always.

Branding: Amazon itself has grown to be a brand that has surpass many business as because it follows customer centered approach. Amazon business has been backed somewhat by the initial branding of Amazon customers online market. Including that it has grown to be a huge competitor to Ali Baba and many more wholesale sellers.

Product development: As the revenues and sell of products in increasing in Amazon business and customer's are happy, Amazon is finding ways to improve the customer's interface and solve basic detailed problem for the Business customers to save their time and money on the products they want to order.

Pricing: Pricing in B-C is far different from pricing in B-B. In B-C customer would want low prices for their daily products and with good quality. But the business customers would want quality as well as bulk discount. There is a huge difference in while calculating both the profits and as well as techniques to hold on to the customers. Pricing and extra benefits may also be included to give a boost to sales.
