Answer #1

According to the study:  "Reducing Patients' Unmet Concerns in Primary Care: the Difference One Word Can Make", It really makes a considerable impact on the patients if the needs or concerns they listed before in the visits or talks with them are met and improved before the next visit happens. It gives them the sense and feeling that their voice matters and their concerns do affect the authorities in force. If the authorities visit them frequently and address their concerns well on time, the number of unattended concerns would reduce tremendously and greatly with time.
