Global Forces does affect our social identity. Globalization is one of the reason because of which our Social Identity becomes more open and diverse. People have started behaving in such a way that it gets automatically affected by the global forces.
A person’s social identity consists of two parts, a personal part which consists of personality and a social part consists of race religion or sex etc. The balance between the two has changed a lot because of the global forces. Migration and the evolution of cities are making everyone the same, live in the same place or city or country. Social workers everywhere are promoting nationalism and diversity and are accepting values that the global forces provide us.
