You can connect with people around the world, collaborate to create or consume and create new pieces of music, by using current technology.

3. Computer Literate means knowing how to use computers wisely and understanding the limitations and capabilities of computers. It goes beyond the usage of sending e-mail and mouse.

Using computers in your career, understanding many legal, societal and ethical implications of technology today, making informed purchasing decisions are enabled by being computer literate. Being computer literate is very much easy now a days.

4. One can get the most out of the computer by understanding how a computer is constructed and functions of its various parts. Avoiding viruses, internet headaches and hackers, privacy protection, separation of real risks of security and privacy from those who you don't need to worry about can be done by understanding computer.

You can also upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain your computer, incorporation of the latest technologies in the existing equipment and making good purchase decisions.

5. It is difficult to imagine any career that does not use computer in some fashion, as computers have increasingly become part of our daily lives.

It doesn't matter in which profession you are or choose to be, understanding how to use computers effectively will help you to be valuable employee and more productive.
