When the the strategic planning is poorly done, it can take a to accross multiple faces of the business. It can negatively affect things l morale, customer satisfaction, and create more pressure to preform in t economy. The systems analyst should understand a company's strategic plan in order to follow a plan to improve the company.

2. SWOT analysis is is a tool that strategic analysts use to understand the logical opportunities that a company can can take to reach it's goals. Th has proved usefull to assist managers to understand which strengths to i to increase the overall preformance of the company. The strengths of Kroger it's friendly staff, an information system that makes for an easier process preform ordering, payroll,e-learning, and checking out. One of the main weekneses of the system is primarily a human error, and that is managers staff not updating inventory levels so the system can make an accurate order.
