Organizations are embracing group projects and teamwork more and more to make decisions, solve problems, and accomplish goals.What is the benefit of group projects to an organization? Do you prefer to work in a group or work independently? Why? Which is more cost effective to the company? Explain. Group project are beneficial to both the company and the employees. Working in groups makes a project easy because ideas can be shared and this gives the best idea. Project gets new additions and it is very helpful in having sharing thoughts to make a project successful. The project gets completed on time and takes less time when compared to individual projects. The cost of the project also reduces as the time taken will be less and also the wastage on a project reduces . Individual projects are time taking and there will be some wastage as an individual might sometimes make wrong choices. Hence group projects are more cost effective. So group projects are more preferable than individual projects because they provide us support and help and we can share our ideas and work . When we work in a group project we share the work and plan the project accordingly. All the team mates come together and work on their share of the project and complete the project. Such projects are most common at work place and colleges. Individual project generally are done when we want to work as a private agent or a free lancer. We need to plan the project, work on it and complete it ourselves and we also need to do the complete investment required.
