Continuous quality improvement in primary care practices is very important to maintain the quality of care provided . CQI provides insight on how the work is being carried out and what are the improvements required to enhance the quality of health care. However these primary care centers are not always well equipped and even the staff present in these are limited. Due to this data is not properly recorded which will reduce the scope for improvement process. Lack of proper feedback and attention is also a problem for the implementation of this process. In order to overcome these difficulties a team must be appointed to record all the data regarding the primary care center and experienced staff must be appointed. Special training must be provided to the staff that are to be appointed to the primary care center. Collaborations can also help in providing proper facilities and required funds to the center. With these monitoring can be done and the process of continuous improvement will be possible.
