Name two agile techniques that you think maybe unrealistic.

• The two agile techniques that I think of that it may be unrealistic are as follows:
  • Team Empowerment:
    • This is the most unrealistic technique which I think cannot workout for each and everyone in the world and hence, this can be broken into pieces when practiced.
    • As, we all know money is the greatest motivator for most of the employees and hence, they won't get motivated enough until and unless they see their profit in it.
    • Hence, team empowerment won't work for all and can be a failure technique.
  • Seeing the whole:
    • Looking at the project as a whole can sometimes bring more problems in the development phase as there can be many scenarios to think of.
    • Due, to such pressure sometimes it happens that the software is not built how it was meant to be and this can lead to loopholes in the project.

Hence, these are the two techniques which I think are the most unrealistic in the Agile methodology.
