I would tell you about my experience in making research on topic Nurse Burnout Rate in the ER in Hospitals in which i learned about why there is nurse burnout and at what rate in united states nurses are burning out and what causes that.In researching that i have take initiatives like online research, take interviews from nurses in hospitals to ask about their experience in emergency room.

I learned by this research that American nurses are seriously stressed out, with a burnout epidemic sweeping the country. One-third of all nurses in the U.S. report an emotional exhaustion score of 27 or higher, which is considered to be "high burnout." Feelings of stress and anxiety, emotional detachment and chronic fatigue are all symptoms of burnout that can have a major impact on how nurses do their jobs. Here's how nurse burnout will potentially impact the medical industry in 2018.

In gathering such information, i take data from personal interviews by going to hospitals which takes up too much time of my research. this was the thing which i would want to change as i get to know that i could use the information from secondary sources like online, books and newspaper which could have save my a lot of time .gathering data direct from source is good but it is expensive as well as time consuming like i have to travel to long distance and pay for travel and other expenses out of my pocket while gathering information from secondary sources would be cost effective also information online is also valid and gathered by others from direct sources.
