Chronic diseases are a slow progression or long duration. There are several chronic diseases that can be associated with environmental health that include: obesity, cancer, and asthma. Prepare a presentation that addresses infectious and chronic diseases in environmental health. Discuss one of these areas and explain how this chronic condition is affected by environmental health and how epidemiologists surveillance this health condition, consider why this trend is emerging and will impact epidemiology.

The main reason for cancer is the changes in certain genes.some of this can occurs naturally while others cause due to the environmental exposure.it includes tobacco smoking,radiation from sun and the toxins which are emitted from industries or vehicles.but,duration of exposure and genetic backgrounds of individual also effects to develop cancer.Moreover,alcohol consumption,poor diet,lack of exercise also other environmental factors which makes cancer.these risks are present water,food and work environment.you make take long time to find out as it occurs according to the exposures to these substance in long periods of time.

epidimiologist has developed and reported estimates of cancer incidence and death ratio on time basis .then they monitor annual cancer incidence trends to find out any changes in this disease or its etiology is related to any of the factors such as geography,demographic and social characteristics of the person.They give information continually in changes over time.and also make the community understand about the consequences that can happen while using tobacco or other substance abuses.and also tell how this environment factors chemical fumes,ultraviolet rays have deterimental effect on health.while giving education to the public case ration can be decreed to some extent.

This situation is growing as people are unaware of the complications.They use vehicles which can produce toxic gases .this will make destruction of ozon layer will lead to increase the number of patients.Moreover,land degradation and de forestation also cause air pollution .it will increase carbon monoxide in the environment which can cause cancer while inhaling.Lifestyle of people are the main reason why this trend is increasing day by day.
