ans..............................
main difference between public & private investigations are:
1)The private investigation computers leads on all the cyber crimes and hacking and loss of business data.
-> So for any crime we need a proper investigations and most of the investugaruons are done by the computers. Now a days most of the people organisations and companies using computers in their daily works.
2)The public investigation computers leads on the public crimes like rapes, accidents and murders crimes.
-> By above all means people are starting all kind of foreignsic investigations by using computer data and by using media like video coveragres and cctv footages etc. So the investigations are done in all means by the public and priavte sectors.
=>these are the main difference according to me because,
->The computer investigations is all about computer foreignsic. That means the crimes like cyber crime, hacking, malfunctions and data interrupts.
->Now a days cyber crime is getting huge in the society where there will a lot of computer investigation needed. so when comes to private computer investigations a person should complete all his cources and he must be certified and expert in the computers investigations.
->Public computer investigations leads more aspects of involving non certified people and there wont be any need of proper courses done by the person or a investigator.
