Yes. The public organizations receive money through donations, government funds and schemes and various other fundraising campaigns. While, on the other hand, private organizations earn their revenue through sales and profits, shareholders, capital investment, etc. The former have to ensure the received revenues is utilized for the organizational goal of serving public. Thus, allocation of money is ensured. While, the latter ensures proper utilization of funds, such that the owners as well as shareholders earn profit out of the company.
