There is pretty standard rule regarding Pearson's chi square for a table larger than 2×2 . It is valid if each observations is independent of other . No more than 20% of expected counts are less than 5 all expected count are greater than 1 .here expected cell is 4.82 so Pearson's chi square works quite well .
