It is the people who work to perform different activities, making them the key factor to a successful & efficient outcome in the entrepreneurship project. It makes people to be well trained, motivated and should have a good understanding of the what is expected out of them. These understanding & motivation, will make people in production to link with the other functions and orders will be completed on time. It will add to the efficiency. As  the entrepreneurship project works on a limited financial & other resource, then it is the responsibility of the people in production to deliver their best and cater the target audience, so that it channelizes the flow of funds, coming back to the organization. It makes the entrepreneurship organization to function and start growing. Hence, the production has the responsibility to animate the other functions and led them to grow as well.
