Please reword the passage

People with intellectual disabilities are at increased risk for poor health outcomes and health disparities. The lack of health care provider training on disability has been highlighted in recent literature as a key, modifiable determinant of the health disparities experienced by people with intellectual disabilities. Despite national calls for didactic and clinical interventions aimed at improving health care provider competency in treating people with intellectual disabilities, most health care providers receive little training during medical school in the health care of patients with intellectual disabilities. Additionally, mainstream clinical guidelines do not address the unique concerns of patients with intellectual disabilities. As a result, patients with intellectual disabilities are not included in mainstream health care delivery organizations and practices.

Answer #1

People who have intellectual disabilities are considered at a greater risk for poor health disparities and health outcomes. For the people with intellectual disabilities, the lack of training on disability and subsequent lack of health care providers who conduct such training is seen as a key determinant of health disparities. In spite of having many calls for didactic and clinical interventions at the national level, for providing competitive treatment to people with intellectual disabilities, many of the healthcare providers still get little training in the medical school. Moreover, the special needs or concerns of intellectually disabled patients are not addressed by the mainstream clinical guidelines. For this reason, the people who have intellectual disabilities are not included in mainstream healthcare delivery practices and in related organizations.

Please reword passage! Good health significantly improves a person's quality of life. However, people with intellectual disabilities disproportionately have more health problems than the general population. Further complicating the matter is that people with more severe disabilities often cannot verbalize health complications they are experiencing, which leads to health problems being undiagnosed and untreated.
