Managers and leaders ensure reinforcement of leaders, instill values and create sustainable ' leadership pipeline ' by creating culture at the work place, designing policies and processes that characterises organisation's mission, vision and values. The managers and leaders can encourage participation of employees, communication and feedback, implementation of the policies and strategies, monitoring the outcomes and planning ahead to reinforce leadership and responsibility in the workforce. Managers and leaders have an important role in empowering their employees and teams, giving them opportunities to learn and grow through diverse experience and challenges. They practice and lead by example, mentor their teams and employees ,guide them to achieve long term goals by entrusting them with responsibility, organisational values, beliefs and culture for sustainability.
