What, if anything, should be done to protect the intellectual property rights of the people who create pictures, videos, and music? Under what circumstances do you think it's acceptable to copy sounds or images for use in your own work?

Circumstances we can use others works are:

1) When we have done the proper payment to the particular developer.

2) When the developer kept open for all and does not hold any ownership.

3) When you get the proper permission from the developer.

4) It is acceptable to use it for personal reference but we should not publish it as ours.

5) Get the license from concern developer before using it.

6) We can use small things of others like quotes, commentary, criticism etc.

7) We can use non copyrighted contents.
