In a game of basketball, a forward makes a bounce pass to the center. The ball is thrown with an initial speed of 4.6 m/s at an angle of 15 ? below the horizontal. It is released 0.90 m above the floor. What horizontal distance does the ball cover before bouncing?

While doing this problem, I came across the quadratic equation. The actual answer for t is .32 seconds. However, once I completed my quadratic equation I got t=.170. I would like to know where I went wrong. Thank you.
