Answer #1

Answer -

Given,

Height = 5' 6"

Weight = 142 lbs

BMI = ?

We know that,

BMI = [weight (lbs) * 703] / in2 (height in inches)

We know that,

1 foot = 12 inches

So, 5'6" = 5*12 + 6 inches

5'6" = 66 inches

Put the values,

BMI = [142 * 703] / 662

BMI = 22.92 [ANSWER]
