In order to compete in a market where there would be many competitors who might be selling same product as us or offering same services, we need to be unique in some factor that gives us the advantage and makes us successful , For this we need a strategy on how to operate which is the operations strategy . Order winning criteria are the factors that makes a firm get the competitive edge and get orders. They are price leader, having advanced technology which makes it more efficient, supplier partnership , timely deliveries etc., are the criteria that a firm can use to compete in the marketplace.
