Where does the liability of a company end and the responsibility of consumers begin for products? Explain your answer as you define this question more specifically.

Product liability applies to the duty of a supplier or retailer who puts a defective product in the hands of a customer. Responsibility for a product failure causing damage lies with all drug vendors who are in the distribution chain. In general terms, the law requires a commodity to meet the consumer's needs. When a product has an unintended flaw or risk, it can not be said that the product meets the consumer's standards, and the manufacturer is liable to pay for the damages that the product causes. It happens when the consumer has bought and used the product without any trouble for a certain time. If the quality guarantee is complete and there is no problem with the consumer. The corporation shall then not be responsible for the losses arising from the drug.

A simple restriction term is three years from the date of judgment for lawsuits under the "Consumer Protection Act." Because harm may not immediately be evident, however, an alternative duration of three years shall be provided from the date on which the claimant knows or fairly knows the allegation. As a product can remain in circulation for many years, no claim can be made more than 10 years after the product is published. For Instance, An electric knife which is too dull to harm anybody would be useless for the purpose intended. In general, users and customers have been assumed to be best equipped to minimize risk for such goods. While a product may not be deemed to be unreasonably dangerous, manufacturers and suppliers of goods which are inherently unsafe must alert sufficiently of the hazards and risks of their products in order for customers to take informed decisions about them.

Social responsibility is an obligation whereby organizations should have to behave in ways that do not harm their customers, employees, other people or the environment. In a purely economic sense, this is counter-intuitive. Absent a real threat of financial harm, an organization has no incentive to behave in a socially responsible manner. To state it another way, if it increases the Company's cost but does not increase profits, why should a company behave in a socially responsible manner? Laws and...
