please critique this post and ask one question regarding this post:

i would define privacy as keeping all personal information such as name, date of birth, even home address confidential to non-authorized people. I believe privacy is a moral right because it should not be everyone's business to know everyone's personal life. Having privacy keeps a person's life safe and away from strangers who have no right to know who they are. Though, I do also believe privacy should be broken in the times of a medical emergency. An example would be, if a mental ill patient were to tell you a secret about a plan to hurt someone, you should tell the police about that patient's private information.

Answer: Privacy is a right and every person have right to privacy. Most of the people are not ready to share their personal things with anyone. Keeping things confidential such as date of birth, name and address. Privacy is a moral rights which should be maintained by everyone. But in some of the cases this right can be violated as if there is any harm to the other people.

Who has right to share the privacy with?

Is there any consent given from the person or the patient to share the personal information?
