  • A comprehensive assessment of the existing security related rules, procedures or policies
  • Interaction with various stakeholders or having interview questions for the senior management and other critical stakeholders who are well aware of the “critical assets of the organization” and stakeholders who are responsible for establishing required security measures or stakeholders who are responsible for operating safety measures. For example, loss prevention, internal security, pre-employment screening, etc.
  • Areas which determine the critical assets, threats and vulnerabilities based on the probability and influence
  • Areas which would focus towards improvement or change in policies or procedures which would focus on risk mitigation in organization's critical operations and most vulnerable activities.
