The true statement is The voltage gain at the battery is the same value as the voltage drop across the circuit.

And all other statements are wrong

The energy stored in the battery is dissipated energy statement is wrong as energy stored in battery is chemical energy dissipated energy stored across capacitor or inductor.

The voltage can be measured at any one place in the circuit , we cannot able to measure potential a point we can only measure potential difference between two points.

The current is smaller in the light bulb than on either side , is also wrong as current is same on both side of bulb.
