A Sceptical “Wary Watcher” is a person who takes time to believe, accept as well as approve. He or she will have reservations in each and everything. They try to check all permutations and combinations before conducting an action. This can be quite detrimental for the overall team and company as the camaraderie and trust among employees is affected. The team synergy is negative. Decision making becomes cumbersome and lengthy process and overall efficiency of team gets impacted. To solve such an attitude, it is important that such a person indulges in team building activities. In such training and workshops, individuals are trained to trust each other, have lesser restrained and reservations and open up.
The personality of a Micromanager is again not good for the overall team. This is so because the micromanager will have trust and conviction only in his or her work.
