Work groups are the group of employees or members that work together for a common purpose. In healthcare work groups are a group of people working together to achieve a common goal such as providing effective health care to patients. These groups plan and work on some health care improvement project or an awareness campaign or a health checkup camp to provide services to people . These groups can be deemed to be effective when they are successful in getting people to visit their camps and avail the services and when they are able to provide good quality services to maximum number of people. The face many challenges like non availability of resources like medicines, lack of funds, lack of unity among the team members etc which are different from other industries where the challenges mostly include raw material and profits and customers. In health care the conflicts would mostly give negative results as they need to work for a cause like providing treatment and for this they need to stay united . If conflicts arise the work would not be efficient . They need to follow a strategy and repect each other's opinions so that conflicts can be avoided and they can work together as a team.
