What is your idea about the following paragraph?

Glenn’s main questions is, Are fetus's persons, (not human beings or alive), but just a person. According to him, a person is defined as something that has moral and legal rights including the right against viability. Things can be alive but that does not indicate it being a person or something can be human but not potentially a person, such as an embryo. Embryos or stem cells are considered to be members of human species but are not labeled as persons.

To determine whether a fetus is a person requires one to ask if it is a person which is very complicated to do so.As stated, person is defined by capacity x. Capacity X is the ability for something to have thought, understand and feel pain, being alive and breathing giving it the necessary properties to label it has person. This brings implications because some argue that a fetus has the ability to have capacity X, however when aborted this ability is being taken from them, snatching the right for them to obtain capacity x and further be labeled as a person. In other words, an embryo may not be considering a person because it doesn’t have capacity X, however it does have the potential for it.

Answer #1

We are living in a world of humanity who can't accept the situation that unfertilized egg or sperm as not person or even a human being .They all believe that a baby like period is the only sign of life .Here the capacity X is the ability defined for a fetus or Embryo to prove it has the characteristics of just a person .This situation is little bit complicated to prove .

An egg undergoes the fertilization to form zygote,a form of cell a has the capability to become a person or capacity X . In the life form . A fetus can be determines as a person only when it can carry out the process of homeostatis process , A complete life cycle ,and the ability to metabolism , ability to grow , should be consisting of cells ,and it can mingle with it's surroundings ,Quick reaction to the stimuli and it should react to the surrounding and according to that it's ability for the evolution in it's surrounding situation .a fetus need the nourishment , caring and physical and favoring environment for those above mentioned abilities .we can't consider a fetus as the living organism due tot that until though they consist of complete genome and they are differentiate and forms the specialized types .

This process is carried out of a cell undergoes multiplication process . The cell divides continously and cell cell multiplication enhances gradually at exponential level .The various gestation process of those cells as mentioned in the capacity X . These should be considered as to be the start of the life and the Capacity X has the capability to transform into a Unique individual or a person .when the life starts it can validly argue with it's existence and role so accurately . initially fetus lacks his ability to self defense and sentinence until it enter into the world, and capacity X ability to overcome this crisis by brain development .

the human fetus undergoes different stages as of the development process ,at certain stage it look like a tadpole by the presence of moving limbs and visible eyes.by the initial appearance we can considered it as a living thing . and this tadpole like fetus have the vestigial type structures seen in the normal babies .

by the further development of the fetus ,the culture plays some important in developing a person .so the indefiniteness of the close boundary between non-Human thing and human thing is controversial .
