Strategies of communication that would help prepare for the presentation are :

1. Eye contact : For any presentation to be successful it is important that presenter must maintain eye contact with the audience. It can be done by scanning the room and trying to maintain short burst with different audience in the room while avoiding to stare at one person throughout the presentation.

2. Know your audience : Before giving the presentation it is necessary to research a bit about the audience that is their likes, dislikes, demographic, social environment etc and then creating the presentation that would interest them, instead of putting the general points in the presentation.

3. Practice : It is necessary to practice over and over again before the actual presentation, so that presenter get comfortable and memorize the points, examples that they have to present and overcome the nervousness.

4. Ask for feedback : Presentation must end with asking for feedback and questions that the audience will likely have, it must be heard and answered with patience and calmness. As it provides the point of improvement for the presenter.
