A chief ethics officer has the responsibility to maintain an ethical environment in the organization. He evaluates the existing moral standard of the company and addresses the areas which are required to be restructured. An ethics manager needs to create an initial schedule for the first 90 days. The early 90 days plan should include the following:

• The ethics manager should take the initiative to form an ethics committee at board standard

• The manager should hire some ethics officers to support him in the prospects

• An ombudsman should be developed to coordinate employees with the policies and values of workplace

• The ethical manager should establish an ethics management program every week to train the employees about the ethical policies of the organization

• The ethics manager needs to create an emergency ethics force that can take quick action against any ethical complaints from employees. Ethical objections should include misbehaving with colleagues, inequality, discrimination, inappropriate managerial treatment, various kinds of workplace harassment, violation of workplace human rights, and improper wage distribution.

The 90 days plan demonstrates the initial phase of the managerial level. It is a learning phase when the ethics manager quickly develops some teams and makes blueprint for its future objectives. The design helps to standardize the ethical standard of the organization.
