We know that:

df for between groups is 1 less than the number of groups and total is 1 less than the total.

Hence, df for between is 3 while total is 23. Hence, for within is 20.

Also, sum of squares = mean squares*n

And

Coefficient of determination = SSG/ SST

Hence,
